NAF@61: Air Component boosts civil military relations with host communities

The Nigerian Air Force has advised the students in the host communities to shun any negative behavior that might hamper their future ambitions.
This was disclosed during the career presentation conducted at the selected schools within the host community.
The NAF engaged with students of
Government Secondary School, Ngomari, Government Day Technical Secondary School Njimtilo, UNIMAID Secondary School, and Pompomary Secondary School in Maiduguri. The outreach programme include career talk which provided students with valuable information and guidance on pursuing careers in the NAF.
During the event, students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions and seeking advice on how to pursue their career goals. The career talk was resounding success with students expressing appreciation for the valuable information and guidance received.

The NAF personnel also provided mentorship and encouragement, inspiring the students to pursue their dreams and consider a career in the NAF.
The 61st anniversary celebrations of the NAF provide an opportunity for the Force to reflect on its achievements and contributions to national security.
