El-Kanemi Warriors player Nura Mohammed Goes AWOL – Club Declares
El-Kanemi Warriors FC has declared player Nura Mohammed “Absent Without Leave” (AWOL) after he reportedly failed to report to training and missed scheduled activities without notification.
In a statement by GAGA, the club’s media officer on Tuesday, the desert warriors expressed disappointment over Mohammed’s unexplained absence.
The club also emphasised the importance of players adhering to team protocols and maintaining communication with coaching staff.
“The management is likely to take further steps regarding his contract and future with the team based on the outcome of this matter,” the statement read.
“The management will take decisive actions to prevent any future occurrences of such unprofessional behaviour from any player. El-Kanemi Warriors FC is a well-structured club, and while players may come and go, the team’s foundation and values will remain strong.” The statement concluded.
Mohammed Nur Mohammed, is a talented player from Borno State with extensive experience, including representing Nigeria at the African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco.
