Emir Sanusi Condoles with Bauchi Governor Bala on Mother’s Death

The Emir of Kano, His Royal Highness Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, paid a condolence visit to Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State over the passing of the governor’s mother, Hajiya Hauwa Mohammed Duguri. 
 
Governor Bala received the monarch at the government house in Bauchi on Sunday.
 
“In times of sorrow, we stand together as one. Your loss is a loss to all of us, and we pray that Allah grants you and your family the strength to bear this immense grief,” Emir Sanusi said, expressing his deepest sympathy.
 
Governor Bala Mohammed expressed gratitude for the emir’s visit, stating, “I appreciate the show of solidarity and compassion by the emir of Kano, whose presence today has further solidified the bond between our people.” 
 
The condolence visit, attended by several dignitaries, reflects the deep respect and solidarity between traditional leaders and elected officials in Nigeria.
